The SC Strapping Head is specifically designed for strapping objects with a limited or irregular shaped sealing surface and for applications where the additional security of a "Seal" is required to prevent the exposed seal joint from accidentally being opened. Typical applications are bundles of pipe, bar stock, slit coils, tobacco bales and paper rolls using "tight edge" or "curved edge" strapping material. Triangle Technologies Model "SC" Strapping Head also features the unique "seals in a coil" that employs positive one at a time seal feeding. With the seal dispensers1 ability to hold 2500 double notch or 4000 single notch seals downtime is greatly reduced when compared to reloading a "magazine" of seals that typically hold only about 300 seals.
